If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from CA.OLAPLEX.COM, you may return it back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. To start the return process for Canada based orders, visit the returns portal linked below. After following the steps in the portal, you will be emailed a link to a shipping label. If you do not have a printer, you may use the QR code in the email to bring your return to an eligible Canada Post location.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 5-7 days after your return is accepted and processed.

Please note, a return fee of $6 CAD will be deducted from your refund for Canada returns.

*If your purchase was made outside of CA.OLAPLEX.COM, we ask you to contact the retailer directly for a return in line with their return policy. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any products purchased outside of our authorized distributors or retailers.
